Author and wellbeing expert Jasmine Hemsley will hold ‘La Vida Veda’ retreat from 23-28 July at Rabot Hotel by Hotel Chocolat in Saint Lucia.

Driven by Jasmine’s enthusiasm for Ayurveda, the retreat’s schedule features daily yoga sessions and sound baths for relaxation, complemented by informative talks and scenic nature walks on a stunning Caribbean island.
