The Wild Meadows, brought to life by the Secret Garden Party, invites you for a weeklong or weekend retreat, promising a magical camping experience where adventure blends with serenity in nature. It’s the ideal sanctuary for friends, families, and their ‘wildlings’ looking for a refreshing break from city life.

Guests can indulge in a variety of wellness activities, therapies, workshops, hot tubs, saunas, and cold plunges. Offerings include yoga, as well as conscious breathwork and ice baths for emotional regulation, led by Artur Paulins, a practitioner previously trained by Wim Hof.

The Wild Meadows will also highlight the splendour of the British countryside during summer, featuring wild lake swimming, bushcraft skills, and nature exploration walks. An exhilarating lineup of music, theatre, comedy, and adult night-time parties ensures that there’s entertainment for the ‘big kids’ too.

Conscious breathwork and ice baths, aimed at managing emotional responses, are conducted by Artur Paulins, a trainee of Wim Hof. The Vinyasa Yoga session “Flow to the Beat,” featuring DJ Krystal Roxx and Keri Perkins from We Are Boogie Sound, promises to invigorate attendees. Anticipate a plethora of wellness activities, such as Quantum Nutrition with Amaveda, Flowstate Qi Gong with Tensuhi, Human Design, Mystic Astrology, Lucid Dreaming, Cacao Ceremonies, and Energy Medicine.
